Change notification settings for the Workplace Chat app

Change platform:

iPad App Help

To change your notification settings:

From your Workplace News Feed, tap Chats

Chats

at the bottom.

Tap your profile picture in the top left.

Tap Notifications Settings.

Toggle

next to the notifications you want to turn on or off.
