How do I use message templates in the Safety Center on Workplace?

Safety operators can add message templates to the safety center. Template writers can start from an existing template or upload an existing template.
To create a template:
  1. From your News Feed, click Admin Panel in the left menu.
  2. Select Safety Center and click Go to Safety Center on the right.
  3. Click Manage Templates on the right.
  4. Click + Add Template and select the message style from the available options.
  5. Fill in the template with the relevant information.
You can also click Duplicate next to the templates that have been provided.
To use a template, search for available templates in step 2 when you create an incident.
